Spraying A coating method in which droplets are dispersed into uniform and fine droplets and applied to the surface of the coated material by means of pressure or centrifugal force, either by a spray gun or a dish atomizer. Spraying operation has high production efficiency, suitable for manual work and industrial automation production, a wide range of applications mainly in hardware, plastic, furniture, military, ships and other fields, is a common application of a painting method.
Screen printing belongs to plate printing, which is known as the four printing methods together with lithography, letterpress and gravure. Hole plate printing includes stencil, hole plate, spray and screen printing. The principle of hole-plate printing is that the printing plate (paper film plate or other plates of the plate base can be made through the ink holes) in printing, through a certain pressure to transfer the ink through the holes of the hole plate to the substrate (paper, ceramics, etc.) to form an image or text.
